Eligibility for Returns: Our policy allows returns for any unused, unopened product within 14 days of delivery. We do not accept returns on opened or used products, and we do not accept returns on custom orders or products that have been specially formulated for a particular customer. We will provide customers with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to ship the product back to us. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Restocking Fee: We charge a 10% restocking fee on all returns to cover the cost of processing the return and restocking the product. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it is unused undamaged and unopened. If the product meets our return eligibility requirements, we will issue a refund to the customer's original payment method within 7-14 business days, minus the restocking fee and shipping costs. Damaged or Defective Products: If a product arrives damaged or defective, we will replace the product at no additional cost to the customer. We may request photos or other evidence of the damage before approving the return.
